Christina is an accomplished Property Manager bringing 20 years of professional experience with the last 8 years focused on vacation rentals.   She specializes in staff development in-line with seasonal demands and ensuring that all properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Her focus with Serendipitous Vacations, LLC includes:

• Ensuring inspectors are trained in all aspects to include housekeeping, maintenance, and staging.

• Creating practices ensuring properties are maintained to the Owner and Company's highest standards.

• Working closely with guests to resolve any issue effectively and immediately so that they can have the best vacation experience.
